RULES AND REGULATIONS

Both courts have been set aside for reservations. Courts are reserved for one hour at a time, commencing on the even hour and may be reserved up to 6 days in advance for Regular members and 24 hours in advance for Social members. After one hour, the court must be re-booked providing no Regular member seeks a court. It is permissible to book a court for two hours for a doubles match. One family may not book both courts. Reservations will be held up to 15 minutes after the reserved time. Please sign-up all players, including guests: for both daytime and evening hours. If a court is not reserved, it may be used by members and their guests but members have priority.

Prearranged tennis events scheduled by the tennis committee take precedence over the above listed regulations regarding reservations.

Members should play with their guests, but if not they must call the Club for their house guests or send a note with the member's name and club number. Members and guests are requested to sign in with the coordinator before play or attending camps and clinics. Dependent grandchildren of regular members are allowed to use club facilities without cost.

Social members, family of & All non-family(guests) - $10.00/hour/person

Family of Regular members - $5.00/hour/person

Fees apply to camps, clinics & regular play

Fees are plus applicable taxes and subject to change without notice

PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION

On professional instruction days, if the instruction court is not booked for the next day by 2:00 p.m. of the previous day, the court will then become available for regular reservation conditions.

As posted on the bulletin board, additional private lessons may be booked by the member at a mutually agreeable time with the Pro. The member will reserve the court. Guests taking instruction will be expected to pay court fees. Clinics and camps are available to members and their guests in that order and may be arranged through the Pro.

RENTALS

Racquets may be rented from the coordinator at a cost of $5.00 per hour plus HST tax.

Tennis Ball Machine may be rented from the coordinator at a cost of $10.00 per hour plus HST tax. Please book through the Coordinator. 

TENNIS ATTIRE

Proper tennis shoes for soft court play only. Basketball, running or thong-type shoes are unacceptable. Players are expected to wear appropriate tennis clothes consisting of shirts and shorts or skirts- no tank-tops, halters or jeans.

MISCELLANEOUS

On weekends, only members 22 years and over may reserve courts. However, a court may be reserved up to 1 hour before playing time by players under 22 years of age.

Players are requested to brush the courts at the finish of their play. Kindly give golfers on the men's 7th Tee "quiet courtesy". Courts will be closed during the Saturday Night Dinners.
